We do not sell personal data to external marketing agencies or data brokers. Information is shared exclusively under the following operational parameters:

• Internal Operations: Data is accessible to designated 12 Crowns account administrators and authorized engineering personnel necessary to fulfill service agreements.
• Infrastructure Partners: Data is routed to verified third-party infrastructure partners necessary for operation (e.g., GoHighLevel CRM infrastructure, cloud databases, and payment gateways like Stripe).
• AI & Language Models: Data routed through third-party AI interfaces (such as OpenAI) is transmitted via secure enterprise APIs. We explicitly mandate that our providers do not utilize your proprietary inputs to train their baseline public models.
• Legal Compliance: We will disclose data when legally compelled by subpoena, court order, or authorized judicial mandate.

05. SMS & Telecom Compliance

Strict communication policies govern mobile data and text messaging systems (A2P 10DLC compliance):

• No Third-Party Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Consent Protocols: Opt-in consent for SMS is strictly utilized for the specific program or conversational thread agreed upon (e.g., appointment reminders, system alerts, or approved marketing updates).
• Users may reply "STOP" at any time to opt out of SMS communications and "HELP" for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.

06. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use tracking technologies, including cookies, web beacons, and analytical pixels (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), to monitor platform performance and facilitate marketing deployment.

These tools allow us to serve relevant advertisements to users across external networks based on prior interactions with our Services. Users may adjust their browser settings to reject cookies or utilize external opt-out mechanisms to manage retargeting preferences.
