12 Crowns, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") strictly enforces data security and operational privacy. 03. Utilization Parameters

Collected data is deployed strictly for mission-critical operations, including but not limited to:

• Executing, maintaining, and upgrading Service infrastructure.
• Processing transactions and routing billing securely.
• AI Processing & Diagnostics: Parsing application telemetry (e.g., trade logs, operational data) via artificial intelligence models to generate performance feedback, pattern recognition, and tactical diagnostics.
• Transmitting mandatory system alerts, operational updates, and secure communications.
• Auditing system usage to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Enforcing security protocols to neutralize fraud and protect network integrity.

04. Distribution Protocols & Third-Party APIs

We do not sell personal data to external marketing agencies or data brokers. Information is distributed exclusively under the following operational parameters:

• Internal & Network Routing: Data is accessible to designated account administrators and authorized peers based on your explicit visibility configurations (e.g., Multiplayer/Rival features).
• Infrastructure Partners: Data is routed to verified third-party infrastructure partners necessary for operation (e.g., payment gateways like Stripe, cloud databases, and secure communication relays).
• AI & Language Models: Telemetry routed through third-party AI interfaces (such as OpenAI or Google) is transmitted via secure enterprise APIs. We explicitly mandate that our providers do not utilize your proprietary data to train their baseline public models.
• Legal Compliance: We will surrender data when legally compelled by subpoena, court order, or authorized judicial mandate.

06. SMS Communications

Strict communication protocols govern mobile data:

• Mobile telemetry and contact data will never be distributed to third parties or affiliates for promotional exploitation.
• Opt-in consent and text messaging originator data are restricted exclusively to the aggregators and network providers required to facilitate the secure transmission. Standard message and data rates may apply. Operators may reply "STOP" at any time to sever SMS uplinks.

07. Security & Retention

We deploy commercial-grade encryption and security countermeasures to defend data from unauthorized extraction or breach. However, absolute security over external network transmissions cannot be mathematically guaranteed by any entity.

Data is retained for the duration of your active clearance or as legally mandated to resolve disputes, audit systems, and enforce terms.

08. Operator Rights & Compliance

Operators retain the authority to access, modify, or order the purging of personal records. Account configurations and visibility parameters are managed directly via your control dashboard.

U.S. State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA): We comply with regional data protection statutes. You maintain the right to request disclosure of data collection practices, mandate the deletion of your records, and direct us to "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" by issuing a direct mandate to our administration team.

09. Age Restrictions

Our systems are restricted to operators 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit or maintain data from minors, and we will immediately purge any unauthorized data collected from underage individuals upon detection.
